SPEED LIMITS IN LANGFORD
As part of a government funded pilot scheme towns and villages in Oxfordshire are being encouraged to consider reducing their 30mph speed limits down to 20mph – as has happened already in a number of nearby places. The full cost of doing this is now covered by a grant.
The Parish Council would like to hear your views about this. Should we stick with our current 30mph limits, or do you think it would be an advantage in lowering the limits to 20mph?
Please give us your view by responding to the simple survey at (survey link) – the deadline for responses is October 15. Just one response per person please. The responses are confidential and the information will only be held by the Parish Council.
A simple majority will decide it.
